Refund & Cancellation Policy – Basheer Coolbar
At Basheer Coolbar, we aim to provide fresh, high-quality food and a smooth ordering experience. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for online and phone orders.
1. Order Cancellations
a) Before Food Preparation Starts
If you want to cancel an order immediately after placing it, contact us as soon as possible.
If preparation hasn’t started, we will cancel your order at no cost.
b) After Food Preparation Has Started
Once we begin preparing your order, cancellation is not possible.
Our items are made fresh, and ingredients are already used once we start.
2. Refund Policy
a) Wrong Order Delivered
If you receive the wrong items, notify us within 30 minutes.
We will either:

Replace the item, or
-
Provide a refund for the incorrect item.
b) Missing Items
If part of your order is missing, we will deliver the missing items or refund the value of those items.
c) Poor Food Quality
Food quality issues must be reported immediately with clear details (and preferably a photo).
We will investigate and:

Replace the item, or
-
Refund it, depending on the situation.
d) Late Delivery
If your delivery is unreasonably delayed due to our mistake, a partial or full refund may be provided.
e) No Refund Situations
We do NOT offer refunds in the following cases:

You changed your mind after receiving the order

You didn’t like the taste (personal preference)

You provided incorrect delivery details
-
You were unavailable at the time of delivery
3. Online Payment Refunds
Refunds for online/UPI/card payments will be processed back to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank, refunds may take 3–7 working days.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
If approved, COD refunds will be provided in the form of:

UPI transfer, or
-
In-store credit balance (on request)
No cash refunds will be provided for COD orders.
